Love and Live Well

I'm not an expert in kindness, nor are you. We all have a lot of work to do in order to make the world better and genuinely kind.  I founded Living the Kind Life ten years ago as a means to heal the world and get us back to love. This is no easy task when you realize it all starts with you and me becoming aware of our own bullshit!

 

Like you, I have been through difficult, fantastic, humorous, gut-punching, miraculous, lonely, exciting, heartbreaking, extraordinary, passionate, loving life events. When we learn to laugh through the hard times, and find that life force in sadness then we can experience pure, unwavering joy.  I am a very proud mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend which is my why. Along the way I've become a certified wellness coach, ultra marathoner, conversationalist speaker, teacher/student of A Course in Miracles, and hospitality guru who is committed to helping solve one of our biggest challenges...loving ourselves and each other just as we are. 

My goal is to help others feel a little less broken. The key ingredients are good health, attitude, lifestyle and a lot of humor, aka true self-worth. There is no need to take ourselves so seriously - life is an imperfectly perfect journey and we're all just learning as we go. As soon as we understand this concept, then we understand and can practice the art of kindness.
